Wow.
After all of that, that entire series was completely… POINTLESS! I mean come on, what the fuck?!?! Anyway, I liked the beginning and the middle, but the end gives me the thought that this series’ creator was some kind of psycho, or something.

I agree, that is singely the worst ending for an anime I’ve seen for a while. It’s completely senseless, they should have followed the manga more at least. This gets a thumbs down from me.

Actually, the series follows the Manga. The series is not over. It was only a flashback since the events are in the past. Just remember the 1st episode in which he has the mark on his neck.
